Back in 2010 a little bit after my move out to LA, New York played host to a week long festival titled WBF - World Basketball Festival.

Jordan Brand was at the forefront of course with a pop-up shop dead smack in the middle of Harlem at the Atmos sneaker store.

Fans where treated to a bunch of exclusive products made especially for WBF, including recreations of all the AJ1-23 in the classic UNC colorway. I’m not sure if these where for display or for sale.

So what does all this have to do with me? you ask…well, I designed the limited edition WBF exclusive figures of Chris Paul, Dwayne Wade and Carmello Anthony. Here’s my designs in concept…

…and here they are on the shelf at the event, Holler!!! The pieces where super limited to like 10 a piece so good luck finding them.

It was awesome being a part of this, however I wish they would of included me in the sculpting phase of the pieces. I don’t feel like my designs where translated well on to the figures.

I did these on work for hire basis, which is why I wasn’t allowed to post any info on it before hand and why my name isn’t on the box. Oh well, on to the next!!
